Refund policy

At Two Cuts Carpentry, each product is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and quality. We thoroughly inspect every item throughout the creation process and conduct a final quality check before shipping.

**Returns for Defects in Material or Workmanship**  
We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the date the item is shown as received via tracking, for returns due to defects in material or workmanship. To be eligible, items must be returned in new condition with no signs of use and should be securely packaged. 

Please note that handmade wood items naturally come with unique imperfections, which add character and charm, reflecting the tree’s journey in nature. These are not considered defects. Any return based solely on natural imperfections will incur a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. We strive to represent these features accurately in our photos and videos.

For items with defects in material or workmanship, please email us at team@twocutscarpentry.com with a photo of the issue as soon as possible. We will provide a return shipping label and waive the restocking fee in these cases.

**Non-Refundable Items**  
- **Personalized items**: All laser-engraved or wood-engraved items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- **Custom orders**: All custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

**Additional Information**  
- **Exchanges**: We do not accept exchanges.
- **Product Care**: Two Cuts Carpentry is not responsible for damage due to misuse, neglect, or exposure to extreme temperatures or weather conditions.
